Our Vacation in CO!

Here are pics from the rest of our vacation in Colorado.  We were in Denver, then to Breckenridge for the wedding, then on to Colorado Springs for 3 days to visit friends

Allison wanted to take my picture.

Neat place.

Susie and Molly.

Spinning fast!

Heading in to see Santa.

Wow!

Mona and Susie. Friends from high school and Susie and her family live in Colorado Springs.

In haunted house. Allison's face is priceless.

Allison had enough! Came off the spinning ride early. I never got on as I'm not a spinning fan.

A wild time!

Today we head to Pikes Peak!

On our way to Pikes Peak today!

Getting close.

Heading up.

The summit is straight ahead.

The COG railroad is spectacular.

Looking towards Colorado Springs.

There is quite a gift shop at the top.

They are doing a lot of work on the road with heavy equipment.

Looking west.

They have a mandatory brake temperature check halfway down. If you hit 300 degrees you need to stop for 15 minutes.

I just couldn't stop taking pics of Pikes Peak. You can see it from anywhere in town.
